This is a year-long journey for writers who want to go deeper — not just into their craft, but into their relationship with writing, with truth, and with themselves.
Over twelve months, you'll explore what it really means to write mindfully: with intention, authenticity, vulnerability, fearlessness, and compassion. Each month builds on the last, weaving together craft, self-inquiry, and spiritual practice to help you become not just a better writer, but a more present and honest one.
This isn't a course about rules and techniques. It's about understanding why you write, what you're writing towards, and how to get out of your own way so the work that wants to come through you actually can.
Each month you'll receive a written module exploring a new theme, with craft guidance, mindfulness practices, reading recommendations, and writing exercises to work with throughout the month.
You'll also join a monthly 2-hour live Zoom gathering — held across three small groups of up to six writers to suit different time zones — where you can share your work, ask questions, and connect with fellow writers on the same path.
Throughout the year, eight 1-hour live Zoom masterclasses go deeper into specific aspects of the course themes, with guest contributors and focused craft exploration.
